Items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of receipt if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unaltered & unmarked, with all tags and packaging intact. It must show no signs of wear. 

We recommend that you send the goods back to us via a tracked service. This will ensure proof of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, will notify you via email & process a refund within 7 working days. The money will be refunded to the payment method used.

In the rare event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to make arrangements to have the item returned to us. This should not be the case as all items undergo vigorous quality control checks before dispatch. However, if it was the case, we will issue you with a replacement at the earliest possible convenience and if this is not possible or you no longer require the item, then we will issue you with a full refund. If no fault or damage is found by us upon receipt of the item we will not issue a refund for your return postage costs.
