Product Details
Beautiful and high quality 925 sterling silver dangle charm featuring two overlapping heart pendants decorated with a sparkling aqua blue cubic zirconia crystal heart. The charm can be personalised with your chosen text on both the front and back heart pendant.
The charm will fit all major brands of charm bracelets and bangles including brands such as Chamilia, Pandora and other well known brands. It will also fit 3mm snake chain European charm bracelets. It slides onto the bracelet. The hole size is 4.5mm.

Metal: 925 Sterling Silver (Hallmarked)- We work alongside our trusted long-term supplier who specialises in producing the highest quality genuine 925 sterling silver jewellery.
Sterling Silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% Copper. This alloy is used for jewellery making as it is far more durable than pure silver alone.
ENGRAVING
We will engrave your chosen text onto the front and reverse heart pendant, up to a maximum of 3 words on the front and 6 words on the back pendant.

The highest quality we use a state-of-the-art laser engraving machine to engrave all our Jewellery items. Your engraved text will be completed in lower case with a capital letter at the beginning of names and messages. Initials will be in Capital letters.
Engraved items have a dispatch time of 2-3 days. As engraved items are
created especially for you we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these
items unfortunately unless the item was found to be faulty, in which case we
will rectify any issues immediately.
Shipping Information
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK
Standard shipping is free via Royal Mail 24 delivery service. We will provide you with a tracking number once we dispatch your order. This service usually takes 1 – 2 working days for delivery.
We will dispatch your order within 1 working day of receipt. Items are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday.
ENGRAVED ITEMS have a dispatch time of 2-3 working days.
Special Delivery
For orders placed prior to 11am you can upgrade shipping to Royal Mail special next day delivery service for an extra cost at checkout (excludes Sunday delivery).
Bank Holidays
Please note in the event of a Bank Holiday, if your order is placed after 11:00 am on a Friday it will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, Royal Mail will leave you a card. This will allow you to collect it from your local sorting office. Sometimes they don’t always leave a card so please check with them first to see if they have your package.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We also ship worldwide via Royal Mail's International Tracked delivery service, which usually takes on average 3-5 working days to European counties and 5-7 working days to Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia and all other Non-European counties.
